This event, spearheaded by Radcliff Woman's Club, in collaboration with the Radcliff Small Business Alliance and the City Of Radcliff is designed to enhance the impact of the current resource center next to city hall by having books available for visitors and aid those with difficulty getting to the Hardin County Public Library in Elizabethtown.
