As part of Lead, Launch & Leverage 2026: The Business, Leadership & Investment Experience, entrepreneurs, innovators, startups, and small business owners are invited to apply for the Hardin County Pitch Competition 2026.
This exciting competition gives local entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase their ideas, gain visibility, receive expert feedback, connect with business leaders and potential investors, and compete for valuable business-building prizes. Applying does not include conference admission.

Video Submission Period: July 28 – August 14, 2026
Finalists Announced: By August 18, 2026 at the RSBA August Luncheon
Live Pitch Competition: Saturday, August 22, 2026
Location: ECTC – Elizabethtown, Kentucky
How to Enter
Submit a 3-minute video introducing your:
- Business
- Product
- Service
- Invention
- Startup Idea
Your video should explain:
- What your business or idea is
- Why you created it
- Who it serves
- The problem it solves
- Its growth and earning potential
- Why you should be selected
Only six finalists will be selected to pitch LIVE during Lead, Launch & Leverage 2026.
Each finalist will receive:
- A 3-minute live presentation
- A 2-minute Q&A with the judges
- Exposure to business leaders, community partners, and potential investors
